The local FOM courses are most appropriate for staff who initiate and/or fulfill transactions in ServiceLink and other local systems. These employees work in the following areas:

  • Advanced FOM ServiceLink Onboarding
  • Onboarding – Staff New Hire

    The Onboarding – Staff New Hire online module gives an end-to-end (ServiceLink to UCPath) overview of the New Hire Onboarding process for Staff employees. Both ServiceLink and UCPath system processes are demonstrated. Additional information is provided to ensure a timely and successful Onboarding transaction. Also demonstrated in the online module are best practices on how Onboarding Accountability Structure Initiators and Onboarding Accountability Structure Fulfillers can follow-up on the status of their request following ServiceLink Onboarding – New Hire request submission (UCR ecourse, 1.25 hours).

  • Onboarding - Staff Rehire

    The Onboarding – Staff Rehire online module gives an end-to-end (ServiceLink to UCPath) overview of the Rehire Onboarding process for Staff employees. Both ServiceLink and UCPath system processes are demonstrated. Additional information is provided to ensure a timely and successful Onboarding transaction. Also demonstrated in the online module are best practices on how Onboarding Accountability Structure Initiators and Onboarding Accountability Structure Fulfillers can follow-up on the status of their request following ServiceLink Onboarding – Rehire request submission (UCR ecourse, 1.5 hours).

    The Intro to DocuSign ecourse provides an overview of the eSignature management system, DocuSign. DocuSign is used as part of the Onboarding process. Use of this system and training is geared towards both Departments/Org. Units and Shared Services Centers (UCR ecourse, 1.5 hours).
