Shared Service Centers

Shared Services Centers (SSCs) enable UCR to streamline and enhance transaction processing so that support staff may focus on more value-added (non-transactional) services. UCR’s four SSCs are now live and providing ongoing services to campus organizations. Currently UCR has 7 Shared Service Centers as listed below.

Using common tools and established processes defined by UCR’s Central Offices and UCPC , execute transactions
CONSULT AND COLLABORATE
Work effectively with HR/AP Partners and departments/ORG clients
SLA
Provide and maintain an SLA
ESCALATE/FEEDBACK
Escalate Policy issues and questions to central offices
Escalate issues with UCPath Processes and provide feedback on established processes, systems data etc.
