Accrual Management Reports

Manage Accrual transactions in UCPath allows transactors to enter hours and takes and correct an employee’s accrual balances.

 

  • Description / Purpose: This report provides details related to employee accrual hours. All locations need this report to identify employees who are approaching maximum vacation accrual amount - 30/60/90 days. This report runs after the accrual process runs.

    Data Availability: This report can be run on demand and is considered near-realtime. The data is refreshed after each pay period, after the accrual confirm process runs in UCPath. The data is updated the day after the accrual confirm run.

    Access: This report is available to Department, SSC and Central Office users with the one of the following UCPath roles provisioned in EACS:
    • Department Cognos Report Consumer - AM
    • SSC Cognos  Report Consumer - AM
    • Central Cognos Report Consumer - AM

  • Description / Purpose: This report includes compensatory time off and holiday compensatory time off. It provides the hours accrued, paid, taken or adjusted along with the associated dollar amounts. It is updated after the target payroll and related absence processing is completed.
    This report can be used by Supervisors and other groups to monitor employees with a compensatory accrual balance.

    Data Availability: This report can be run on demand and is considered near-realtime. The data is refreshed after each pay period, after the accrual confirm process runs in UCPath. The data is updated the day after the accrual confirm run.

    Access: This report is available to Department, SSC and Central Office users with the one of the following UCPath roles provisioned in EACS:
    • Department Cognos Report Consumer - AM
    • SSC Cognos  Report Consumer - AM
    • Central Cognos Report Consumer - AM

  • Description / Purpose: This report list all employees with a PTO balance for the purpose of identifying employees who have positive PTO balances that exceed the allowable threshold calculated based on their length of service and identifying employees who have an outstanding PTO balance for.

    Data Availability: This report can be run on demand and is considered near-realtime. The data is refreshed after each pay period, after the accrual confirm process runs in UCPath. The data is updated the day after the accrual confirm run.

    Access: This report is available to Department, SSC and Central Office users with the one of the following UCPath roles provisioned in EACS:
    • Department Cognos Report Consumer - AM
    • SSC Cognos  Report Consumer - AM
    • Central Cognos Report Consumer - AM

  • Description / Purpose: This report identifies employees who have donated leave or received leave donations.

    Data Availability: This report can be run on demand and is considered near-realtime. The data is refreshed after each pay period, after the accrual confirm process runs in UCPath. The data is updated the day after the accrual confirm run.

    Access: This report is available to Department, SSC and Central Office users with the one of the following UCPath roles provisioned in EACS:
    • Department Cognos Report Consumer - AM
    • SSC Cognos  Report Consumer - AM
    • Central Cognos Report Consumer - AM

  • Description / Purpose: This report captures employees’ total service months to determine if the leave accruals are updated appropriately for each employee based on the Years of Qualifying Service tiers.
    Data Availability: This report can be run on demand and is considered near-realtime. The data is refreshed after each pay period, after the accrual confirm process runs in UCPath. The data is updated the day after the accrual confirm run.
    Access: This report is available to Department, SSC and Central Office users with the one of the following UCPath roles provisioned in EACS:
    • Department Cognos Report Consumer - AM
    • SSC Cognos  Report Consumer - AM
    • Central Cognos Report Consumer - AM

  • Description / Purpose: This report will allow a user to track employee’s leave usage tied to Reproductive Loss leave from extended absence.
    Data Availability: This report can be run on demand and is considered near-realtime. The data is refreshed after each pay period, after the accrual confirm process runs in UCPath. The data is updated the day after the accrual confirm run.
    Access: This report contains protected data and is limited to Central HR and Organizational Leave Coordinators.

  • Description / Purpose: This report identifies employee's with lost vacation accruals due to reaching their accrual limit for the purposes of payouts as determined by the collective bargaining unit.
    Data Availability: This report can be run on demand and is considered near-realtime. The data is refreshed after each pay period, after the accrual confirm process runs in UCPath. The data is updated the day after the accrual confirm run.
    Access: This report is available to Department, SSC and Central Office users with the one of the following UCPath roles provisioned in EACS:
