The 1098-T forms for tax year 2025 are available on our vendor’s website and we have emailed students that the forms are available. Students will need the following information to access their form:
Tab Service Company Website: www.tsc1098T.com
Site ID: 11560
Username: Student ID
Password: Last 4 digits of SSN or previous password if a student has previously logged into the site.
There have been no changes since last year. We are reporting payments received for qualified tuition and related expenses.
Students should use the information on the 1098-T form in conjunction with their own payment records to complete their individual tax return.

If students need assistance accessing their form, logging in or password reset, please refer them to the vendor at 888-220-2540.
