Take a glance at the new features and functionality available for the 2026 Open Enrollment in UCPath, starting on October 30th, at 8am through November 21st, at 5PM!
- The UCPath Homepage banners highlight any PIE events, ensuring these are completed before starting benefit elections. Once done, employees can unlock their Open Enrollment banner.
- The new Start Benefits Enrollment Tile on the Benefits & Retirement page highlights any pending PIE events, ensuring these are completed before starting Open Enrollment. Once done, employees can unlock their Open Enrollment tile to proceed.
- The New FLUID Enrollment process within the Improve Self Service update offers a guided, user-friendly experience with built-in tools, better accessibility, and is mobile friendly.
- Current benefit details for active enrollments are displayed on the plan tiles. The tiles also provide more information on their new selections and costs.
- Employees can now review and submit their Open Enrollment elections multiple times per day. UCPath provides guidance to lo lead them through the process correctly, helping prevent unsubmitted or incomplete elections.

- Job Aid: How to Submit a Late Open Enrollment Request
- The previously published guidance has been removed. The guidance for submitting a late Open Enrollment request will be available once Open Enrollment ends on Nov. 21.
